Every call your voice agent takes is a row on the ledger.

Codiste makes AI voice agents that answer, qualify, screen and transact on the phone, for teams in FinTech, RegTech, PropTech and MarTech. This page reads as a ledger because that is what a voice agent turns into once it is live: a call, a duration, an outcome, and a record somebody can audit.

01 · One call, start to finish

Illustrative, modelled on the Propizone line

  1. 23:04:00

The listing went live at five. The office shut at six.

Mira has been scrolling since dinner. She finds a two-bed on Alder Road, likes the light in the photos, and rings the number on the listing before she talks herself out of it.

  2. 23:04:08

    Picked up in eight seconds.

Eight seconds is the answer time on the live Propizone line. It holds at 23:04 the same as at 11:04, and nobody had to be on call for it.

Agent Good evening, Harbour Lettings. Are you calling about the two-bed on Alder Road?

  3. 23:04:19

It asks what your best negotiator would ask.

Who is moving, from when, and whether there is a dog, in that order. When Mira cuts in halfway through a question, it stops talking and listens.

Mira Yes. Is it still free? I’d need it from the first of next month.

Agent It is. Is it just you moving in, and will there be any pets?

    Mira Just me. No pets.

  4. 23:05:02

The viewing is booked before she hangs up.

The agent reads the negotiator’s diary, offers a slot that exists, and texts the address while Mira is still on the line. Nobody promises to call her back.

Agent Thursday at six is free. Shall I book you in?

    Mira Perfect, yes please.

Agent Done. I’ve texted you the address. See you on Thursday.

  5. 09:02, next morning

    The row is already written.

The negotiator opens the CRM to a qualified lead, a confirmed viewing, and the full transcript with the recording. Last year this was a voicemail, returned around lunchtime, to somebody who had already booked elsewhere.

There are no prices on this page. What an agent costs depends on your call volume, the systems it has to reach, and the languages it has to speak, so we quote after a conversation.

03 · Under the voice

Mira heard one voice. Eight layers made it.

Recognition, the model, your diary, and the voice itself have to agree within a fraction of a second, or the pause before each reply gets long enough to notice. When those layers come from four vendors, nobody owns that pause. We build all eight, so we do.

Tick any layer your team already runs. Whatever stays unticked, we build and run.

Nothing ticked yet, so we would carry the whole voice stack, from the first script to the last trace.

04 · What the call leaves behind

Built for the frameworks your auditors ask about.

Mira gave a move-in date. A banking customer gives an account number, and a clinic patient describes symptoms. We design recording, retention, redaction, and the audit trail around the frameworks your business answers to, starting in the first sprint.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 July 2026 · Codiste, entered below as Codiste, us, our, or we

It is reasonable to want the holder of your data named before any of it moves. Codiste treats the confidence placed in it as an obligation on the account rather than as a courtesy extended to you.

Most of the research and data Codiste keeps is drawn from sources open to anybody online, and the platform supplies research technology covering companies of interest in any market. What follows constitutes our privacy policy, entered throughout as the Privacy Policy.

Records on individuals and on businesses reach Codiste along four routes: the open internet, material contributed by users and clients, information licensed from other firms, and research carried out by us.

Anything gathered through mobile applications, entered as the App and distributed on the Google Play store and the Apple Store alone, falls under this privacy policy.

Material passed to third-party applications falls outside it, and the practical step is to ask those companies for their own privacy policies directly.

The way Codiste secures and keeps data is itemised below. Use of or access to the company website constitutes acceptance of this privacy policy, which governs the collection, use, protection, retention, and disclosure of device information. Should that information be withheld, the software may be unable to supply the services this site rests on.

Responsibility for your data, taking in use, protection, retention, and disclosure, rests with the Company acting as data controller, in accordance with its privacy policies and any national law that applies. Under this Privacy Policy your data controller may pass information to other Codiste members, and your data may be processed and held for legal and security reasons.

Law moves and this policy follows behind it. Continued use of the mobile application after Codiste has amended its privacy policy constitutes acceptance of the amendment, which is reason enough to look back at this page from time to time.

Codiste operates as a privacy-first company, supplying non-sensitive data to businesses and putting sellers, marketers, and recruiters in touch for business purposes. Privacy is a priority for the industry and an obligation for this company.

Data collection

Data we do not collect

Codiste, entered here as us, we, and our, collects no user data whatsoever. Personal particulars are neither gathered nor stored, and that takes in the operating system or software in use, payment, billing, and transaction particulars, hardware particulars, the internet service, and anything touching the files and documents a user has open.

Browsing history goes unrecorded. Calendars and meetings go unread. Email content is never opened.

How we collect when you use Codiste

Reaching us by email, through the contact form, or by any other route this website offers grants permission to hold your name, telephone number, email address, legal address, and other personal information.

Data protection

Administrative, electronic, and physical measures guard our data and keep unauthorised access away from it. How data is gathered, processed, and stored across our app directory answers to how sensitive that data is and to the state of the technology at the time. User privacy is entered first, and the mobile application experience is delivered to the standards of the industry.

Where a transmission fault or another factor outside our control results in disclosure, liability does not fall to us. Keeping your own data safe, and your access to the mobile application secure, remains yours to manage. Login credentials and other security particulars are best kept from third parties. An instruction arriving from your device is treated as a procedure you authorised.

Permissible age

This Privacy Policy governs how data is gathered through our online services and websites, taking in businesses and businesspeople alongside every other category of data, and equally how that data is managed, used, and shared, and what control a user retains over the handling of information concerning them.

Changes to this privacy policy

Regulatory requirements move, data practice shifts, and technology advances, so Codiste reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Returning to it at intervals is the only dependable way of staying current with what it says.

A change of substance will be entered here, sent by email, or posted on our homepage before it takes effect. Continued use of the site or the application afterwards is treated as acceptance of whatever has been amended in this privacy statement.
